The house has been designed in an L-shape, thus freeing up the maximum amount of space within the plot.

One wing has two floors and the other only one.

The house is so integrated into the slope that from the centre of the plot only the two storeys are visible; from the highest adjoining level, the house appears to be one storey.

This L-shaped layout embraces the plot, creating a central open space intended to blend into the surrounding rustic landscape.
